Electrical fire ready to start

This Houston infrared electrical inspection caught an electrical fire before it happened. The peak temperatures of the wiring inside this panel were over 700° F. With the owner's permission, we shut down the electricity to this 4,000+ square foot home to allow for an emergency repair.

The electrician was actually able to repair the panel and remove the damaged wiring at the cost of a one hour service call. Had we not found this during our inspection, this issue could have easily burned down the entire house - imagine what the cost might have been!
