We have been providing our Houston area clients with infrared thermography services since 2007. Our services include both commercial and residential inspections in a variety of applications. Our residential inspection services include water penetration, electrical and energy surveys. We also provide infrared scans in conjunction with our home inspection services. Our commercial infrared inspection services include thermal roof inspections, electrical scans, rotating assemblies and many other varied applications. We can custom tailor our services to meet the specific needs of our clients, whether the project is large or small. For larger projects we can provide proof-of-concept along with  a formal proposal and statement-of-work for management review.

Your Houston Thermal Inspector is certified as a Level-III Infrared Thermographer through the Infraspection Institute (Level-III Infraspection Institute Certified Infrared Thermographer® #8402). Infraspection Institute is the oldest independent infrared training and certification firm in the world. Chuck's training and certification complies with the requirements for Level-III NDT personnel in the Thermal / Infrared Testing Method in accordance with the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) document SNT-TC-1A. Chuck has also received Infrared Thermographer certification through FLIR's Infrared Training Center, also an ASNT compliant training course. Chuck has also been a TREC Licensed Professional Inspector since 2004 having performed thousands of real estate inspections and hundreds of infrared inspections since that time.

Prior to entering the inspection industry, Chuck was head of operations at the Philadelphia headquarters of a large healthcare insurer. In this capacity, Chuck was responsible for datacenter, network and physical IT infrastructure management in a 5,000 person headquarters facility.
