Thermal Image of Electrical Problem in New Construction

This thermal image is in the electrical panel of a new construction home. The electrician failed to properly tighten the grounded conductor terminals on the arc fault interrupt breakers. If the temperatures exceed 650°F in an empty house, just imagine how hot it would get once the new homeowner put a real load on on it.

This house had already been inspected by the electrician's quality control person, the builder, the builder's third party inspection company and the city.
